I've seen where someone reused one of the USPS provided shipping boxes they received in a package, thinking it was a SFRB (or maybe it was a larger box thinking it was a MFRB) and then getting charged extra because it was not...

I did that exact thing last month.
Lucky it was only one barrel (weight).
SFRB=12.95 SMB=$15.95
