Finally got around to dragging out all of the GCOP stuff and taking a few pics. Might not be the biggest set out there, but it is pretty comprehensive. Enjoy!

The 3,292 chip set supports a wide range of tournaments and field sizes, from T5-based up to T5000-based events. I mostly use it for multi-table tournaments with T20000 starting stacks.

The rack of T500K chips were T5 chips, now with custom inlay replacements from @Gear that are virtually indistinguishable from the originals.

The ceramic chips are replicas of actual oversize chips that were introduced by the WSOP after this set was produced.

$20,000? I'll take 'em. ;)

Here's one set that BCC really got right.
lol, prolly not that high, but def up there. Yeah, this set represents some of their very best work ever.

Wow!, Dave finally learned to use that new camera. Keep it coming. How many sets left? 40.
28 at last count, but still counting.... :whistling:

I'm not worthy!!!!
Ha !! You sir, are a legend, with so many spectacular sets that I'm sure you have some you've even forgotten about. "Oh, yeah, I think I have 2000 of those laying around someplace!" :p

The T1000s have a fair amount of spinners (maybe 40%?), but most other denominations are pretty solid. I will get around to baking some eventually, but it hasn't been a major headache so far.

FRAK!
Dave Oh Dave :)

Congratulations. You have harvested over 1/8 of all the GCOP's made. Pretty impressive and methinks it is the biggest GCOP set at the moment. The only one even close might be @gmunny 's.

You need those 1M chips. Definitely.
And we need pr0n of the other 28 sets ;)

Well played, my friend. Very well played.

i have hand plucked most or if not all the major offenders in my GCR set of 1100. about 120 are destined for the oven it seems. Its amazing how tipsy the stacks are of spinners compared to the rest which are like bricks in stacks.

so the consensus is about 180degrees (Fahrenheit) for 35-40 min then room temperature cool? or freezer cool afterwards.?

I think that's too high, and too long. Iirc, about 140 F. degrees for 20 minutes is plenty. Freezer cooling not needed. Check the forum for threads detailing the process and equipment.

Thanks, for the prOn! I have always regretted not getting in that GB, for these chips. I just couldn't trust the work BCC was putting out at the time.

Nice set you have put together!!(y)

Yeah I believe it was in the 140-150 degree range for 15 minutes or so. Freezer cooling actually seems like it would promote warping from hot to rapidly cool. Oh and amazing set Dave! If you happen to have enough for a sample set or even a partial one please let me know. I'd love to purchase it.

The only set i regret not buying... personal top 3 set all time
Congrats my friend !

I understand why you were on the fence: I was right there with you! Considering some of the things BCC had done, this was definitely a risk vs reward call. All the stars just happened to align with this one.

Did I tell you that my players call it the 'Puggy set' ? :ROFLMAO:
