The EPT set can be adjusted to remove the denoms, but you cannot purchase a sample set. There is a minimum of 25 per denomination

I created inlays on Canva and tested them out on the PCF Paulson Chip Design Tool and they fit well according to the tool. Will same .png files be sufficient for a custom order?

It is best to have .ai files or .svg files for best printing

50 - $100s ($05)

If I'm understanding this correctly, this would run me 362 (.47*600 + 80 for the artwork free?)

We run one every month. Your math looks correct. Will also be a reshipping fee of $19.50

Say I wanted to get this set, in the exact same denominations, with two adjustments:

1. The $1 chips would have the design of the $5000 chips (white, blue & red stripes), but say $1 of them

2. I would want the $100 chips to be 43mm, while the rest of the set is 39mm.

Would that be possible? How much more would it cost?

Yes, you can swap labels around. Also you can choose the size

Not sure if you're referring to @FedorOfSpades from the first page of this thread, but they are ordering the tourney set and not the cash set. Different label fees for each of those and I'm only interested in the cash set for now.
