I would've guessed RT plastics. This looks like the RHC equivalent of a BJ chip. Not a fan.

Maybe a bad relabel on BJ chip, chip itself looks like BJ, label seems not to be (never seen them that poorly / so faded).

Yup, I do have samples of the Tina chips from the older No Mold, Card Mold to the Newer Tina hybrids.

Update: checked CG and these are legit...

Those have been on the tables for 15+ years. I remember emwith they switched over from brass to BJ chips. Definitely a downward move.

I don't have the chip, but the quality looks poor, thought it was another manufacturer. I guess these are the Angel BJ's
