Zombies on the March! (1 Viewer)

Redbelly brought some show and tell to S@P II.

This was irresistible:

I was going to call it "Madonna and Child", but on second thought I'm thinking "Mommy with cookie"

I am finally getting samples out the door!

OK, a bunch got out the door at S@P II, but now Mrs. Zombie is helping me mail the rest of the samples. I will be doing this in waves so I don't get too confused. PMs are going out with the calculated shipping prices to the first wave. The second wave PMs will go out once the 1st wave hits the mail.

1st wave:
chipjoker
Racer96
LabMonkey
Cyberottweiler

2nd wave:
RowdyRawhide
ceramicmike
CdnBeerLover
Puggy
spikeithard
Krony

Again, I apologize for making everyone wait so long. As I am slowly being backed off the meds, I am slowly regaining my mind.

first time seeing this set and I love it! I've been a fan of zombie flicks since the first time I watch Night of The Living Dead (1990 remake) on TNT's Monster vision! my fav being the original Dawn of The Dead and with this in mind my first thought when I saw these chips was the classic 80's Return of The Living dead! if you still have sample's I think i'll be interested one!
great design and love the color scheme! well done sir!

Lol.... Both?

Ya want the chips, not the meds. My IQ before the meds was 142. I recently retested barely above 100 (still above average, which makes me wonder how suicide rates aren't higher amongst the average). It does not come with nifty psychedelic effects or the ability to resist all forms of pain. It does prevent me from thinking my leg is being crushed from a damaged nerve though, so +EV short term.

Long term, I'd rather be brilliant with 1 leg than average.

I am assuming most chip collectors are above average intelligence, and not offended by the above statements. Those that are average probably think they are smarter than they think they are, and will not be offended either. If you ever left the DMV thinking "that lady was really smart"... be offended.

Ok... In that case I'll pass on the mess not the chips. Sounds like a Crappy situation all around. I'm happy to be dumb with both legs and in pain only typically on Saturday or Sunday mornings..... Self induced most of the time. Lol

After a sizable delay, I present The CPS Zombie Secondaries. We refer to these as the Zombie Hall of Fame chips. Each year that we induct someone into our Hall of Fame, they will get 10 chips with their likeness added to the set. So far, Mrs. Zombie has been our only inductee (with voting starting next week for the 2nd inductee). You can see her on the 500 at the base of the 500 stack.

CPS chips from the Palm Imports led collaboration on ChipTalk; labels and birdcage by Palm. Dealer Buttons from Old West Poker Supplies.

Oddly, I don't have a Zombie felt...

SOON

/fixed

Nice additional set to add onto the existing one, especially like the custom birdcage, excellent touch. The new ones look larger, are they >39mm? Seem bigger compared to dealer button.

Grats,

They're 39mm china clay. I think they look larger because the of the white inlay. When I photograph the cash game set, we will have another black inlay to compare them against. Also, the Zombie Clay chips have a 1 1/16" inlay, while these are somewhat smaller, giving them the appearance of a bigger chip.

Finally, the last of the Zombie pr0n (unless I dig out the Zombie Slugs and the Zombie Ceramics).

This is a micro-stakes cash set. It doesn't see much use except in heads-up battles between Mrs. Zombie and myself.
Total Bank: $1321.25

5¢ x 175
25¢ x 250
$1 x 250
$5 x 100
$20 x 25

Label was inspired by the Paris (Las Vegas) casino chips.

Love the label designs on both the CPS sets, but the cash set has the edge. Pink text on black background is perfect.

I didn't know what thread to put this in, and I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'm just going to drop this here.

Today in the name of poker...
  • I picked up 11+ gallons of beer from a brewery, skimming as close to the line of violating Tennessee law as possible to negotiate the lowest possible price ber ounce
  • Selected the pig for slaughter for the SSSS ham and pineapple event. Sorry buddy, you got 5 days to live, then your leg is getting gnawed on by a bunch of degens. I wonder if I'll get to select which leg?
  • I received notice that the Zombie Poker Classic championship bracelet shipped.
  • I received notice that the Poker Zombie custom M&M's shipped.
  • I received notice that 1/2 my guest-bedroom remodel project should arrive tomorrow. It wasn't expected until October 25th. Why don't chips come that fast? Also, Shit, I gotta clean a room, sand/refinish the floors, paint the walls and trim, and do it all in 7 hours now!
Thanks for listening. I had to get that off my chest. As a reward, here's a little mixed samples Zombie Pr0n...

Love the commitment to the zombie theme, and it is really well executed regardless of the medium you choose. Solid all the way mate :)
