Actually I think that would work pretty damn well for the $500. I wouldn't mind about no shaped inlay because it would be white inlay on white chip and therefore less noticeable anyway. If I can find 80 black shaped-inlays with that spot pattern I might come begging for you to sell me 25 of those

And leave me with 75 in a rack? You of all people should know how crazy a proposition that is.
That said, I'm sure I could find a buyer for the remaining part of the rack (or I could just try and live with the pain).

On the other hand, I could just start playing in your cash game and slowly sneak in 475 chips. For a net profit of $237500, I'm willing to have uneven racks. Then again, you might notice your $500 chip count as it goes from 25 to 500.
Sweet that's right those are the same as the Scandia and Pyramids mentioned earlier. Now I'll have three options to search for to get those same colors/spot patterns...

Plenty of chips with that spot pattern in white, black/charcoal/gray, or purple -- many Paulson THC fantasy sets contain one or more of those chips. The bigger problem is the shaped-inlay requirement, as there are only a handful of fantasy sets that have them (and historically, have been among the harder-to-find and most costly):

I can live with round on a white chip, but I think it would bug me too much on a purple/black/charcoal.
I have 98 "Viva Las Vegas" $1s that are the same as the Horseshoe chips bentax mentioned above.

Hmm, how about foregoing the $500 but use these for an oversized hundo? At least they'd finally be in a good set.
Of if sticking with 39mm then Empress hundo and 500 are prolly accessible.
I like this idea. And it opens up the possibility of an 8V hundo on the TH&C.

Pretty hard to argue with that choice. Shaped inlay, mint chip, inlay already ruined by hotstamp -- perfect candidate for inlay replacement.

I don't think those are actual shaped inlays. Looks to me like they're faux shaped inlays with color matching the to base color of the chip.
