Wtf? Guy in the SB when action on him started complaining he told the dealer he had $100 behind and put it on table as cash

She didn't hear him and had already dealt and told him it couldn't play

He proceeded to argue and the floor was called. After wasting 10 minutes on this the floor said "fine let it play"

The dealer gives him 100 in chips and then he......FOLDS!

and this is a time rake game......
