Anyone with the WSOP Logo in white transparent? I'm looking for that logo for a design of a felt.

Try searching for vector or svg files online.

Though, if you have an artwork file of the black logo, you should be able to change the colours in a program like AI or PS pretty easily, or potentially a free program like Pixlr if you don’t have either of the aforementioned. Good luck!

Maybe go to Fiverr, and fing a graphic designer to vectorize the logo and invert the colors.
