Why is Two-Step Verification Not Working? (1 Viewer)

The last two times (including just now) I needed to do this, it would not work for me. I had it send multiple codes and for some reason it just could not authenticate. Both times I wound up getting back on by using one of the back-up codes that was given when I first had to sign up for the two-step vierification.

I know it worked flawlessly several times previously, but not any more.

What gives?

Just copy and paste the code that is getting e-mailed to me into the message that comes up here on pcf

Codes via email not as reliable IMO. Sometimes, if you request multiple codes the emails arrive in your inbox out of order and it can be a mess

Also, you can regenerate a new set of one time use backup codes anytime in case you don't have many left.
