A casino relatively nearby uses these chips and I absolutely love them. I understand I most likely won’t find a company that produces them for the public but I’d like to know more if anyone has information.
They feel like a softer plastic.

Are these from Soaring Eagle in Mt Pleasant? If so...that definitely brings back memories.

Looking at the description of the icons, I don’t believe they are the same. The Soaring Eagles are not that heavy
The description is probably just inaccurate, they're likely lying because there's a misconception that heavier chips are better. The chips do seem like ceramic ICONs.

I just want to say that they look like ceramics to me too. Don't want to lose my membership in the what-are-these-chips club.

Also, while they're definitely ceramics and could be Icons, they're not like the stock Icons shown on the texaspokersupply.com page above. Those only get printed in the center up to the edge of the pre-colored rim and no further. The casino chips look to be printed across the entire face in a single pass, all the way to the edge of the chip.

If you like the way the Soaring Eagle chips look, you could get ceramics printed using a design that's basically a rip-off (a "tribute") but not an exact duplicate. ABC Gifts makes high-quality custom-printed ceramics at reasonable prices; if you email them, they can probably either help you with producing a tribute design or put you in touch with someone who can.

I think those chips are pretty cool too. :)

And get the aligned edges!
Worth the extra $$ in my opinion.

They do have a ceramic look but definitely not a ceramic feel. Like nothing I’ve handled before in a casino chip. They are by far the most unique as far as I’ve come across.
Appreciate the feedback :)
