Who makes the biggest dealer button and what are the requirements?
I just find the little chip-type buttons don't get moved. Or worse get shoved into the occasional pot.because bigger is better...![]()
Well... I've never wondered myself what would be the maximum size... I usually make 63mm because it's the width of poker size cards but I often do 70 or 80mm dealer buttons...
- Transparent acrylic : no size limit (but thickness still 0.8mm for now for small orders but thickness can go to 20 or 30 mm - big orders would be 30+ units)
- Wood : no size limit (I'll make a custom shape with my woodworker buddy)
OWPS makes a 60mm. At that size, it doesn't blend into chips at all. Going to 63 mm, you won't notice the difference unless they're side by side.
I've had one of those hockey puck dealer buttons in the past (not custom) and it definitely doesn't get lost in the chips.

Iirc PGI made some custom coasters that were huge. You could make a DB on one of them.
That would be fantastic. Any idea how big exactly?
Not sure if you could still get these, but chipshippie on CT made them a while back.
The chips on the bottom are 39 and 43mm, the DB on the right is an OWPS 60mm, not sure of the size of the one on the left.

I paid hippie for a whole bunch of dealer buttons, some labels, and some artwork. Never got any of it.

Lmao. That's what my wife said. But often confuses inches and centimeters
Let's see a custom manhole cover. Then I'll be impressed. [emoji41]What about a Dinner-Plate Dealer Button ?

Let's see a custom manhole cover.
BallerThere is no "Dealer" mentionned on this one, but it would be awesome in a PNY set

As far as I recall chipshippie got into a hard car crash, not sure what has happened since. Now...have to try to get some info from meatboy at some point.
PokerChipsDesign makes those same big acrylic buttons Mark (chipshippie) did.
