Anyone recognize this guy sitting being Roy Clark?

Not sure what year that was recorded. Probably early 90s. Waylon Jennings is there and he past in 2002.

I've been leaning towards Carl Perkins but I'm just not sure. He does take more notice at Roy when he does the Luther Perkins (no relation to Carl) part. Both Perkins played with Johnny Cash as you all probably know.

I watched this 3 times yesterday. Great video, and the amount of talent on that stage is mind boggling. No autotune, none of that BS.
