I have it narrowed down to two sizes. I have a preferred choice (my son has the opposite choice). I just want to see what you guys say.

Oh, and last Plaque thread I promise, lol.............well, maybe.

I think a lot depends on the design, but right now if I had to choose I'm picking A. Go big or go home and plaques that are the highest denominations should stand out. Similar to oversized chips imo.

same thing my boy said.

I prefer a smaller size, they're more playable.

This is my thought process

Smaller plaque. Its already substantially larger than the chips. Agree with others that it seems more playable.

I like the 68mm baby plaques. Small, playable, yet still very substantial (about 40 grams jammed into a small footprint).

I voted small, but really in this case the difference isn't huge. Your large size is actually very close to my 25k plaques, which I think are just about the max size while still playable (I do love those little 10k's though), you can't really go wrong either way IMO.

Smaller is better IMO ..... Both may be to big. BGinGA nailed it. My 2c

I also ordered the 68 mm plaque as part of the sample set. Not something I'm interested in. Way to small imo.

There are solid arguments for both sizes, lol.

I'm not worried about storage. Not sure what I will do at this point. We'll figure something out.

Let's say your group has a huge blowout game one night (PCF meetup maybe ) and you get stacks of plaques and chips into play. A player may decide to stack chips on top of his stack of plaques. Is the smaller one big enough to stack chips on top of it?

Finally, while I cannot condone the way the poker scene was handled for most players the card game in Casino Royale is the only place any of them would have ever seen a plaque in play. I would mimic the size they went with:

That's a beautiful set, Mipevi!

BTW - the Tropicana plaque is mine. I had those made up last year. I'm curious if it is defective, or if it was just an extra laying around at OWPS.

I've been carrying both plaques around, fondling them and such. I think I'm going with the smaller of the two.

Thanks for all your guys participation in the poll and discussion.

Time to contact J5.
