I’ve been using poker playing cards and just found out that bridge cards are only used. Does everyone play bridge sized cards?

I prefer bridge, and so do all of my players.

But poker sized is used in plenty of poker games.

Use the search function - this comes up all the time. There are polls and long discussions. But the TL;DR is that around here, bridge size cards are more popular, but there are plenty of people who prefer poker size. Buy some of each, give each a night's play, and go with what you prefer.

Poker/standard but at some point, as I move further into AARP territory, I think it may switch to bridge/jumbo...

I learned sleight-of-hand using poker-sized, so they always felt comfortable to me when playing cards. I'm surprised at so many people using bridge-sized, honestly.

A lot of people like playing PLO or mixed games that require having 3+ hole cards, so bridge size helps.

Contrary to others on the board, our players have either expressed no opinion or prefer poker size. As we pretty much only play NLHE with the occasional PLO, poker/jumbo is the norm for us.
