From @ABC Gifts and Awards , lots of people here get 49mm and 60mm ceramic buttons. They have other options too, so if you're looking for something else, just shoot Gene a PM.

If you want edge graphics, the minimum is 10. Otherwise, it's 1.

I think you can also get DBs from Sunfly and maybe even Matsui.
