I love cooking fancy things with 100 ingredients…but nothing beats simplicity. The flavor of meat and vegetables is the best. Meat, vegetables, seasoning, oil…maybe some herbs.

The sauce is a bastardized Chinese red oil style - 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili oil, 1/4 cup stock and a pinch of sugar
