At first I thought it was an 8-pie. Now I think it might simply be a 412, disguised by that infernal giant inlay.
Thoughts?

Looks like either P10 or P41, depending on when it was made. Got a pic of the flip side?
 
Checking my sample set it does appear to be style 10. with the half inch spots they each is the same size as the base color of the chip. I do not have a style 41 but I think those spots are a bit smaller.]
 
Agreed, although the P41 spots can really spread on one side, similar to how 8V spots can round and elongate on one side (vs the opposite sharper-edged side). Hence the request for a pic of the flip side. :)
