What size poker chip rack should I get for HS casino chips? (1 Viewer)

I currently have “standard” racks for my chips but the HS chips seem to be a little wiggle room and would like them to fit more snug in the chip rack

It's not the rack, it's the chips. You've got some very heavily used Lucky Derby 1s in there, compared to slightly less heavily used Horseshoes, and therefore a loss of height compared to more mint-quality chips. It happens all the time. Heavily used chips can fit 21 or even 22 in a standard rack height. A mint rack of 20 would be quite snug.

A 66.7 mm paulson rack would hold those $5's tighter. They do have some wear, so there would still be some wiggle room - probably something like the width of a dime or two.
