Mine would be my Paulson WTHC set - 1040 chips purchased new from Apache about 4 years ago. Still mint.

My favorite is my giant triple-doube-mixed-set consisting of my Paulsons, ASMs, TRKs, BCC's, CICs and Matsui's.
When I get my Bud Jones set put together it will become part of my favorite mixed set.

Only downside (barely) is the label is smooth since it has the security microdot... rest of the denom inlays ($1, $5 and $25) are textured

That is a tough call.. those shaped inlays look great and the E&C mold.. and really nice edgespot variation and colors on the other set..
