Says top hat no cane. I am assuming they are knock offs but has anyone seen these chips before?

yes. cheap injection-molded knockoffs.

Yep. Kinda crappy, and plastic. You can seen an injection-mold artifact in several of the hats on each chip.

They are cheap, injection molded, and super lightweight, but have a unique feel (kind of like a plastic/ceramic), and they actually darken up with oil, unlike any other plastics I've seen. I have a set, and kind of like them for a really cheap, lightweight, travel chip -- but i'd value them at 5 cents a chip or less.

For the eBay seller to describe them as "Like Paulson Clay" is false and misleading.
