Spinettis is selling some Paulson "one on one" chips. I can't figure what the gold hot stamps is. Right half looks like a woman in a long ball gown. Left half? To what does one on one refer?

Looks like a motor scooter -- Vespa style. Look at the "O"s as wheels.
