Hi!
Found this site by watching Hobbyphilic's youtube videos, and generally searching for places for buying poker chips that are not currently sold by manufactures anymore. More specifically I'm interested in some good quality Paulson poker chips, probably landing on the WTHC ones. Yeah, I'll be in for a big hit on my bankroll it seems. Hopefully though, the chips will stay valuable for a long time, while I enjoy using them
I'm living in Oslo, Norway, work in IT, and have not played a lot of poker in my life. Recently though, that has changed and I'm on a steep learning curve, and just love to learn and progress my skills to become a good player. Along with that goes replacing my cheap plastic chips with some high quality clay ones to get the right atmosphere for my home games.
Many of you might also not know this, but Norway is super strict on gambling. There are no casinos here, and playing poker for money has not been allowed.. until recently. Now it is allowed to play for money, but only up to a total of up to about $1000 for each game. Still, not even close to having casinos, but it's an improvement.
Well, looking forward to getting to know you guys, and find a good deal for buying chips!
Best regards, T
