I thought hard about Tecmo Bo on a brown chip. I decided the racial undertones of putting a black man, with brown skin, in a black uniform, on a brown chip with Donkey Kong on the other side was a little on the edge of inappropriate. Definitely iconic as hell though. I've not ruled out changing my brown chip to black, at which point I could include him, send Donkey Kong packing, and find another suitable black-colored video game sprite to go with Bo.

I played a lot of Castlevania. Sucked at it terribly. I was also quite terrible at Ghosts and Goblins for whatever reason.

He wears black trunks. Tyson on one side, Bo on the other of a black chip. They're both wearing black uniforms, so it fits quite nicely. That could work, and might be even better than Donkey Kong and Duck Hunt Dog on a brown chip.

I was worse at Bayou Billy. But yes, they made some very difficult Nintendo games. I did very well at Zelda II Adventures of Link, however, and that one is supposedly very hard too.

Can anybody think of a prominent green sprite from a first person shooter video game? Anything from Wolfenstein to Doom to Halo to CoD.
