Never had a bad deal with the guy before and don't think I have any outstanding transactions with him, but I'd have to check to be sure.

Sounds like a personal issue of some sort - health, jail, drugs/alcohol, or he gambled the money away. No way to determine at this point. Only health/jail/rehab would account for no communication.

Just checked -- my last two transactions ($55 and $150, in July and August 2017) were both shipped to me. Nothing ordered since then.

Hope things get resolved for everybody with outstanding monies at bay.

I just checked the texts ..... I got the chips Jan 16th. I had spoken with him Dec 28th and he was very pleasant. I will give the benefit of the doubt though I'd hate to lose out on those chips ... I built my entire set around those damn Mirage $5's (y) :thumbsup:

Unfortunately/fortunately I think I was the last to hear from Zach. In fact I think I was the last to receive chips from him. His last communication was a simple “Yup” when I asked if he had a chance to ship me chips. I received those chips and sent another email with no response. He has not responded to anything not even an email asking him to let me or the other people know the status of our transactions.

I would not try any further dealings at this time either here or on eBay. You can go to the resources section and find two of his user names there.

I think I may be a real close 2nd hear, if not slightly ahead. I had numerous dealing with Zach that all went smooth. As previously mentioned shipping was sometimes a little slower than what most of us here are accustomed to. The last deal had me worried with no communication for two weeks, but I did receive the order.

Just to be mentioned: Paid on Nov., the 25th 550$. He promised to harvest and ship within 2 weeks or less. Started to ask for the chips after two weeks, he made a lot of promises to ship before, than right after Christmas, than at the beginning of Jan.... He sent me a tracking id in early January but never brought anything to the office. Promised to have the chips ready to ship and stopped replying about 10 days ago.

That transaction was for a couple of his last listings here. He completed a harvest for me about 3 weeks prior (mid December). The harvest took about 6-7 weeks start to finish.

Interesting. He sold me a Paris rack on Dec. 15, and said:

"Got it, Just wanted to let you know...I need to grab a few more Paris chips for another member.
Before I ship did you want me to grab any more Paris Chips?"

Coincidence? Maybe something happened right after that.
