Dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak was awesome - Japanese A5 Wagyu appetizer plus a seafood tower with lobster, king crab, oysters, clams, and tiger prawns.
A very tasty El Matador cocktail
Followed by Beef Wellington and American Wagyu Ribcap medium rare.

I hate this trend of sharing edge spot colors between the tourney denoms. They do it at Venetian too. It at least kind makes sense at the Wynn since they use white spots on everything, and at least white kinda goes with everything.
