I came across a tweet about how the Venetian is removing a $10 voucher for MTT players. The tweet also lambasted the casino for having the highest MTT rake in the industry. I then discovered an article from 2019 with this being the main takeaway regarding a 150k guaranteed event:

“100% of all funds collected will go to meet the $150,000 Total Prize Pool. Any funds collected above and beyond the total prize pool will be the sole property of The Venetian Poker Room.”

I thought perhaps some of you could share some insight on which rooms in Vegas are the best for the players when considering rake, tournaments, and comps.
I found a 2022 guide with rake included for each room but I still think reaching out to players on here is a good resource for solid information.

Thank you to anyone who is willing to share.

I’m pretty sure Wynn/Encore has a good rep among players…. Haven’t played there though
Then Aria is probably high in the list too

Wynn for me, I started in that room and honestly never ventured anywhere else. Top notch all around.

Disheartening how many rooms are closed now. At least the Encore Boston Harbor $10 rake hasn’t made its way West yet.

Two thumbs up for Resorts World. Stayed and played there in March and it was decent food, great drinks, and great action at all levels (tried 2/5 NLHE and 4/8 and 8/16 mixed limit games).
