Vegas 2015 - chips and brief stories (2 Viewers)

TheDeezer - man of few words and fat stacks. Keep on the roll!

This is a good TR, "I went here and won, see?"

$5k chip is the sexiest Rio chip pictured, imo.

Day 4. Starting the day playing cash - after a very good nights sleep went to the Venetion for a change of scenary - the chips here are so buttery - by far my faves so far playing wise -

Bought in for $300

That's hysterical - who came up with calling the $1000 chips lammers? I love it!
The 500 chips are lammers because they are only valid for tourney buy ins. They're used in satellite tourneys so that players that win have to use them to buy into a bigger tourney , instead of just cashing them out.

Nice run Deezer. I hope these are all your pics this time.

I always try to get pictures of other peoples stacks when they're away from the table so people think I'm winning when I tweet :D

There was a previous thread where Deezer posted a pic that was actually from 2+2 from months ago.

My bad - I didn't zoom in, and thought he actually won some big cash checks and was calling them lammers... Which I found funny, because those puppies will buy you entry into a lot of things... must have been tired or something, since I apparently didn't even notice that they said "$500" on them..

Lammers are for winning a mega satty - you dont get cash just tourney buy ins - - when you get them thats what they look like before they get redeemed /

Yeah sorry about the photo upload issues. I have asked Tommy to fix these (poor guy) and I feel sheepish not doing it right the first time. I was taking pics on the fly so sorry but the joke was funny as hell. Knocked out a few work emails and now ready to slay some more dragons today. Again thanks for all the support . Awesome. I am also picking up a few racks of ones from various casinos that I will either keep or post for sale. Paris Cosmo, and Venetian will be the picks unless I get requests....I figure these will go nicely in a mixed set down the line .... we will see..... take care

Love the Paris $1s. Would love 2 racks to put in a mix set if I had the $$$

SLISK. - ok I will make it happen - pm me if you are wanting to help the chip cause

A few chips comments - the Venetian chips are pure butter - good to the feel and i like the 25 inlays - by far the best cash chips i have used thus far imo - Mirage is not that bad either - but not as nice on the lower denoms ( 5's mostly look A little tired ) with exception of the 1s - very cool - may have to get a rack

I don't have pictures, sorry.... but I was playing at the Golden Nugget on my 2nd trip last week.
Their $5 chips were pissing me off, they basically have 3 "conditions": Fairly sharp, slightly used and rounded tires. I think the rounded tires have been in play since Stu Unger's first WSOP win............
I got so sick of the stacks being "just off enough" to mess with your mind that I started separating them out at the table. The stack height difference between the "new" and the "tires" was about 1.5 chips....
When I cashed out, the floor looked confused because I handed him the stacks and he tried to eyeball the count, thought they were off, but they counted out properly (stacks of 20). I didn't feel like explaining the issue. ;)

Anyway, if you're OCD about your chip stacks during play, you might want to go over to Binion's instead.... ;)
