I stopped buying insurance and shipping expensive sets via USPS after the $1 SNAFU that I sent to you. USPS isn't obligated for anything as long as they deliver you something. So the chips that I sent you had half of them missing. As long as they deliver an box, empty or not. They are off the hook.

USPS can not even be sued!

Non-govermnet carrier for just about everything since for really expensive sets.
