One thing that I always liked about the TRK chips were some of their unusual edge spots.
Here is a $100.00 small crown chip from the Desert Sands in Cabazon , CA .
Some of the largest edge spots that I have ever seen on a small crown chip .
If you have any similar TRK chips with similar edge spots - I would love to see them !!!

Have always liked the shallow 1/4” TRK spots just because it’s a little different.

Also think the 514 spot pattern is cool

It's always been a point of confusion for me that TRK had both shallow and full quarter pies. What I've assumed is that there was a change in the manufacturing process that allowed them to make the full quarter pies and that they just switched to that, but it might also be the other way around; going from full quarter pies to the partial ones as shown above. I'd love to know some concrete history about those spots.

Regardless, that's a very nice chip, and I look forward to seeing the other ones you have in your TRK collection @TRKingChips!

Nine is dangerous, potentially explosive - not for the faint of heart

One is broken, a sign of a mental defect
Two is safe yet uninspiring
Three is perfection
Four is trying too hard, but still admirable
Six doubly so

Eight is rigidity masquerading as chaos; exuberance and enthusiasm that rings hollow

I'll take three, four, five, and nine, thanks
