I purchased the Vevor Commercial Ultrasonic Cleaner 6L, Lundmark TSP Hard Surface Cleaner, and the Good Cook Salad Spinner Deluxe. I was able to clean 40 chips at a time, 60 second cycle with no pre-soak and the results were pretty good. I tried to use the metal basket and 10 chips at 60 seconds but it did not work work well at all. My only complaint is that the water takes FOREVER to heat up. So i recommend heating all 8 cups of your distilled water before pouring in.

Awesome results.

Many of the tutorials around here suggest heating the water in a microwave (or on the stovetop I suppose) to get the water up to temp faster. Just make sure it's not too hot.

I heated the first two cups for 3 minutes in the microwave and wished i would have heated the remaining six cups as well, at least a little. The best temp i ever hit was 41C but that seemed to work fine and i don't know that a few more degrees would have mattered.
