Trying to get a custom set going (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone, I'm trying to build a custom set. I've been tinkering with the chip design tool and for the most part (depending on the day i go to it) I think i have the colors and spots down. Now I need to find someone who does the inlay designs. would you guys be able to tell me who does it so I can start talking with them. I’m not sure if he is taking on any projects right now though; my understanding is that his work is so exclusive he is the only one who can afford him.
