I think they are "official casino weight."

Realistically, the chips are in the case and already boxed for shipment. It is pretty heavy. The $25 shipping price was based on actual weight from the USPS site. If your initials are "JS," these would be a perfect fit.

Only reason I asked is because I had a set of those BAR-RAIL-A scrown chips that are floating around out there and they were MUCH lighter than any other scrown chips I had owned.

Interesting. I have only handled a similar set of scrowns previously... and the sample set of Mapes I have... in addition to all of the Paulsons and ASMs. These were not noticeably lighter than any of those.

This thread sent me scurrying to check out some of my monogrammed scrowns since I thought I had gopher's initials on a 500 pc set and could pile on the peer pressure. Alas, they are EC.

Have a 300 pc set, MDR.

And a 300 pc md-48 that I think was made by TRK or the Burt Co, initials GV.

Can't think of viable candidates for any of these. They've been sitting in their cases for millions of years. I got them from the UK.
