Coming along nicely. Overall like your design especially changing from repeating the name 3X to the name, location, and established (agree with est.).
FWIW on the latest revision, my eye was naturally drawn to the "Nocatee, FL" text rather than the "Twenty Mile" text given the size and location of it.
