I have a friend looking for a tournament set that will work with around 4 tables. His current setup is T25 - T25,000, starting at 25/50.

Of course, the fun part is he has no idea what he wants. I asked for his budget and he said 'no budget'. So although I'd love it if he got ultra rare Paulson clay chips, I somehow doubt that will happen. He does have some really nice custom made tables though.

He does have weekly games, so requested something that will last a long time. So if you have a set available that suits those numbers, please send me a link or DM.

I’ve posted a few sets for sale that can handle 4 tables. I’ll message you in a bit with links.

Yeah, I'm trying to get him to narrow down the budget. I told him 'no budget' to me could be $5K - $10K easy. So my plan is to just send him links and get him to figure out what his real budget is.

The potential buyer's only reply so far:

That's a hell of a set. I am barely realizing how expensive chips can get.

So even though he still hasn't specified a budget, I'm assuming anything over $3000 probably isn't going to happen.

I will keep sending him links until he buys a set or files a restraining order.

Yeah, it’s tough to help without him knowing what he’s willing to spend.

To a lesser degree, it’s also a little tough to help without knowing his target starting stacks, and whether he has 8 or 10 players at each of the 4 tables, etc.

That said, I sincerely wish him good luck! Maybe The Chip Vault has some nice plastics in the quantities he needs at a price within his budget.

For starting stacks, I figure he would be fine as long as he can do 8 / 8 / 2 / 2 / 1 with T25 - T5000. I have suggested the Majestic's. Though he seems to be interested in ceramics.

Are there any decent hot stamped plastic that can be hot stamped? The old Nexgen come to mind, though seems like hot stamping is a dying art.

Or the Monaco on @Apache site. He doesn't really seem that interested in custom labels since he doesn't really have any ideas or want to deal with art.

Not 100% sure yet but I have been toying with the idea of selling this Palms set that was designed for 40 but can stretch to 50 or more people depending on stack size. Can do 10k to 100k stacks with rebuys and addons. If interested let me know and I will give it more thought. I do not know current price but pretty sure it is at or under $1500 for 2600 chips. The 10K and 25K are oversized. I used it once and it is great but I have 3 others same size that I like better than this one ...

I have a large set of Prestige Pro #727 chips, 12g printed sluggos that stack nicely. Tourney denoms 1 through 25000. PM if interested for breakdown and cost.

This is a no brainer? Less than $2 a chip for clay Paulsons? Did he get a budget? If not this order something from @justincarothers bc few people have 4 table tourney set ups. @TheJestyr also posted a bunch of options.

I'm still guessing a bit that he's shooting for .40 - $1 per chip. I sent him some china ceramic samples, he hasn't received them yet. Trying to not overwhelm him with options.
