Micheal Scott is terrible if you think about it.

He’s immature, ignorant, selfish/self centered, narcissistic at times, extremely insecure in others, always demands to be the center of attentions, etc. in any real life office he would have gotten his ass kicked, been sued, and/or been fired multiple times.

He’s grating after a few seasons of his antics

Edit: Creed is underrated

Coach - Cheers (This was a tough one...could have gone four or five differen directions w/Cheers)
Dwight Schrute - The Office
Mama - Mama's Family (although some of the best stuff was from the Mama's Family sketches on The Carol Burnett Show w/Tim Conway)
Homer Simpson - The Simpsons
Ron Swanson - Parks & Rec (another tough one)
Rose - Golden Girls (How could I forget Betty White?)
Archer - Archer
Alex P Keaton - Family Ties

Edited to include Rose and Alex P Keaton. David Rose and Mork were moved down. Rose over Mork due to show and overall TV longevity, although I enjoy Robin's body of work more than Betty's.

Honorable Mentions
The Narrator/Ron Howard - Arrested Development (Although you could legitimately pick any of the main characters except for Maybe and they'd stand up here)
Schmidt - New Girl
David Rose - Schitt's Creek
Cocaine...errr, Mork - Mork & Mindy (RIP Robin...)
