They are supposed to be like new condition but they want something like at least $50/chair. Thoughts?

That might kill the structural integrity, if youre talking about the second chair you've pictured

Just going by the pics above, the first pic with the brighter red chairs *looks* like it might be an expensive quality office chair, with thick shaped padding, maybe a rounded "waterfall edge" on the front of the seat where the back of your knees rest, and the armrest looks like it doesn't connect to the chair back, (which is a good thing, if it means it can simply be removed by unscrewing it from the seat). As for price, I don't know, if you use the chairs a lot, and have room for them, and like the red color, and plan to keep using them for years, -- going with a good quality used chair could be worth $50/each. That's, what, less cost than a rack of certain poker chips?

The bottom chair looks like a much cheaper model where the armrest is a structural component that holds up the chair back and cant be removed. No thanks.
