Since so many people seem to be interested in using the Four Suits art, I thought that I would create a thread where we can post our mock-ups. This thread should also be used for group buy designs, be they ceramic or clay.

I did say in the other thread regarding the acquisition of the Four Suits design that I have no interest in charging anyone a fee for using the art. However, I spoke to Steve (p5woody) earlier and expressed my interest in having him handle any and all of my design needs as well as others'. If you do wish to go through Steve, whom I highly recommend, there will be a small fee for his designing services. Any of you that have seen his work know that it is great and well worth the investment.

With that said, I can finally reveal my custom CPC cash set! Dealer buttons, cut cards, and more to come!

As far as I'm concerned, the image may be altered. Anyone can use just the logo, change the fonts, etc., but I do ask that anyone doing so only asks permission to do so. As I said in another thread, I own all intellectual rights to the artwork, but I also want it to be essentially considered the public property of the members here.

I wanted to get your guys' opinion on this latest mock-up. Since DG Katy Perry is now available, I thought I'd mock up a quarter using it and I'd like to see what you all think about it compared to the original mock-up.

I agree. To me it fits perfectly where the retro blue has always stood out from the rest a bit.

Retro blue w/light blue spots, please. I don't like DG Peacock for the quarter base in this set at all. Original is far superior to my eye.

Ship the line-up in post 1. You won't regret it.

I do agree that the lighter blue fits the set better. Just for some reason, I'm not wild about that color and prefer the boldness of the darker color.
But yes, for the overall set, the KP blue is a nice fit.

I think I have to stick with the retro blue with the 418 light blue spots. I hate not utilizing the DG Katy Perry now that it's available, but the retro blue base is my favorite.

It's always going to be DG Katy Perry…

Was just going to mention this. From the greatest BCC set evah. But understandable as a homage to the great one.

No need to ask, but had you asked I would have said, Of course! After all, it's not as if I wasn't inspired by certain custom and casino chips, and that particular chip was inspired by mrticsay's Mabuhay Sun BCC customs (the entire set, not any single chip).

Anyway, nice color choices!
