Went out to the Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls tonight. I’m wishing I had just stayed at Great Wolf Lodge with the kids and had a few pops with them. I’m not a slot guy. I just can’t bring myself to sit at those things. I’m a Craps guy. And that’s where tonight killed me. I’ve never seen anything so fucked up in my life. All electronic. Minimum bet $20…$20??? Across the board. Pass line, odds, hard ways, field… The table top is fully electronic. Just a giant television screen covered in plastic. No chips. No laughter. No cheering. If this is the future of gaming, I think I’m done.
I couldn’t take pictures but here is the same thing in Vegas. Fast Forward to 4:45 to see witness the train wreck.

Thanks, Obama.

Meh. It's been around for a long time. Bills Gambling Hall 2010.

Same game. They just have replaced the screen behind the table and turned the entire table itself into a digital screen.

Not sure why it would prevent cheering. Only thing gone is the felt and the chips. Game went a lot faster since the dealers only handled the cash in/outs.

If you watch the video it unfortunately still doesn't prevent the crazy Asians who take 2 minutes setting the dice....
