No mate we both stay in the UK. Just keep an eye on the classifieds. I bought 300 last week so they do come up now and again.
Ah, so that's where they all end up! Care if I join the timeshare at Parris Luxury Resort & Casino?!

I sold off two racks recently, sadly. I love those C&J's. Classic look.
Ever since I read about the C&J chips and their history, I was really curious what they were like. TofuJelly kept sending me pR0n of his Mint Club collection until I could stands it no more! I am so blown away by these; it's going to be really hard to play with them; the only fingers to touch them SHOULD BE MINE! But, it's a neat way to kickoff a C&J set!

Some people seem to not like em. Personally, I think they feel and sound better than Paulson's, but that's just me. I love the earthy colors too.

I know what I'm going to be doing tonight ... Comparing them to Outpost $5s! I think that's the closest thing I have in weight and composition. So curious to see how they feel compared to leaded THCs...

Edit: OH WOW! The hats are really shiny at certain angles. It's a dead giveaway that these are C&J!

They're lighter, but sharper. I loved the colors myself, but didnt have the right mixed set to put them in play

My impression was they are a very hard chip and have an almost hollow sound to them.

Long Cane is pretty obvious at first glance... also their feel is unique you should be able to tell with the denser clay composition

I had them in this set for a minute.

Oh yeah, they sound different on the chip-flip. They make such a unique sound/statement. Like "We know we're different ... and we're spectacular". The colors are really neat in person. I don't know if I could mix then with Paulsons, though ... might have to keep them C&J ...

ROFL! I think I'm oddly OK with that...

you know I'm not capable of hurting chips... they were well cared for while we owned them. I love them and would have loved to worked a set around them but no Idea where to go with a CJ $1 chip... one of my Favorite CJ chips is the Yellow/white Glass Crutch $1 but obviously would work with this $5 and would never find a rack of the Glass Crutches anyways

So perhaps they are destined for a mixed set. It's my first "yellow" chip, so I gotta find some good colors to go with it...

Probably meant Glass Crutch?

LMAO yes sir, I apologize... I have so many cappers now its been a while since I had that one in front of me. I love that weird color combo!! The Font on the older version is actually even cooler!!

Found a pic of one of that one with some of my cappers

I will have to share the other later... the font is pretty damn awesome!

Ok, I think it fits in pretty decent with some of my alternates...

Yes yes, spot progression, blah blah, I don't care.
colors look good together... not sure if you noticed but CJs actually run about 40mm so if you put one in a barrel of Paulsons it is noticeable. for many probably not a big deal though.

39.25mm on the THCs vs 39.75 on the C&J ... If I use my AWESOME 3D3P RACK STACKERS on a mixed barrel and try to move the barrel, I can tell since I know what I'm looking for. Splashed pots and organizing, nah...

Today is a good day! Birthday present from the wife. Amazon guy was not happy to be lugging this to the front door

Webers are one of the few things in life where I honestly believe paying the premium for the brand is 100% worth it. I've had my Genesis for nearly 20 years and it works as well as day #1... Happy Birthday!

I want some so bad! Does @jr8719 harvest them for you? And if so, how does one procure his services?
Kind of...

I became friendly with an eBay seller that sold me a fair few singles, after they asked me why I was buying so many. I told me about my chipping addiction and how I use them for home games, and they then offered to harvest for me every time they are in Vegas (they have a holiday home there) — which, until Covid hit, was about two to thee times a year!

I'm supposed to be heading to Vegas in May 2021 (not sure whether you US chippers think foreign travel will be back open by then?), so I'll keep you in mind when I do!

should I bring my covered Weber in the garage for the winter or leave it out?
