How did I miss this thread. Here is my very first set of "real" chips (and still in play)

Haven't posted my mixed chipco set in a while. Looking tighter with the oversized $500 and $1000, along with 3 racks of fracs.

Added a bad ass plaque as well, which will be used as a card capper most likely.

Potential adjustments:

• Fracs - Swapping out the fracs with another casino to not overlap the $1s. Anyone with 3-4 racks of excellent+ casino chipco fracs (reasonably rare) to trade, hit me up.
• 1000 - color is not ideal with the $20, so still open to options. Only would need a barrel of them. Would be open to trading or buying these, but would prefer not to pay $5+/chip.

Also have a mini mixed set going, but the yummy redbirds could be tough to find (special thanks to @navels for sending these over)

One of my all time favorite Chipco fantasy sets. I'm so disappointed that I never grabbed these when they were readily available through vendors. Extremely jealous!

My main chipco set is the Mardi Gras Queen that sailed out of Tarpon Springs. These were my first set of chipcos, most were from eBay and chip talk, maybe some here many years ago. Have not added any more since the barrel each of $2.50 $500 and $1000. They are not worth what I paid, but don't care because i like them. A good drunken brother chip set that can withstand the spilled martini, or 2.

Really agree. I’m pretty new to stuff so I haven’t actually got to handle TRK or leaded Paulson but of the bunch of different samples of stuff I’ve picked up I’ve ended up with a barrel of Traverse Bay chipcos I’m just shuffling all day.
