Pretty much the same story as my "Nuts" tournament set, except this was actually the first project. When the inexpensive, ceramic cards mold group buy was announced by @SeanGecko , I immediately knew I would take part. So I went to @Quicksilver-75 to handle the design, and although I tweaked some items for my tournament set, the basic design is all here. Steve turned out to be the perfect person to design these chips, because when I told him I wanted to put "squirrel claw" edge spots on every chip, he showed me a picture of the exact same thing he had done in a previous project for himself. What I like so much about his edge spots is that the lines aren't perfectly straight. He gave each edge spot a little bit of variance, which makes them look fantastic.

In addition to the great chip design, Steve also designed my cut cards (group buy run by @Eloe2000 ) and dealer buttons (produced by @BR Pro Poker ). The initial order was about an 800-chip set, and I added on another 600-chip set in a secondary order that was run by @Beakertwang .

This is easily one of my top favorite cards mold sets. I like the variety of denoms given I prefer sets that can support varying starting stacks / blinds.

Gratz.

I know there is a lot of bickering back and forth lately about bear claw / sloth claw edge spots.

Clearly, as you can see in this picture, the correct terminology shall be … SQUIRREL CLAW!

(just ignore the fourth toe … that’s an illusion)

I need to photoshop a NUTS poker chip in this picture in place of the peanut.

That would be amazing. You’d have to print out and frame that in your poker room!
Was just thinking the same thing! Never saw this thread James, as you are well aware I am one of your biggest fans on this venture! Love the theme, everything about it and enjoying watching this become basically your own Brand man!

No spoilers, but can't wait to see those new chips!

These are awesome! How long did it take you to get your approved proofs? I mean I only placed my order over a week ago but I'm just curious. I'm still looking at a 4 to 5-month wait as far as I know for the chips.... EDIT.........

Never mind. I see these are for card mold not CPC
