Well you know what I am going to say!
Sorry, but still nice with no spots in 2017

Probably not too many sharp edged chips left in 2017, but this is one of my favorite $1s.

I really like these but I found out how many were made (there is a post somewhere). Hardly any so I assume these are extremely rare with mint condition being non existent.

How frequently do they use 50¢ Poker chips in Vegas?

So far i have to say Paris is the best looking chip in 2017, but the old Flamingo is top notch. The new one is a Little boring.

Very true, I was at Jerry's Nugget 2 or 3 years ago, and most of the $1 chips are the ugly RHC grand inlays, which obscure the point of the V in the V spots. I think the smaller inlay THCs were a special one-time issue, and I wouldn't be surprised if most of those chips have been taken away by collectors. If I recall correctly, only about 1 out of every 8 to 15 chips was a THC. And it's a small casino with no poker room, so it's hard to harvest in quantity. I managed to harvest a barrel+ in a couple hours at the $5 craps table.

That's two votes for mgm grand.
If I live to be 100 years old, I will die wondering what the appeal was for those chips.

Does someone have a recent $1 poker chip from Monte Carlo?, and it surely must be many more $1 chips in Vegas, dont be afraid upload a lot of Pictures :D

I don't know why but I am drawn to this one. It is a lot darker blue in person.

chipguide says it is closed (Westin - down the road from Cromwell, across from Bally's) not sure as it seems the website is still up. I harvested 10 last September in one quick session of Blackjack as they don't have poker or craps and the one guy at the cage was not friendly.

The Tropicana had one of the best, if not THE best, chips of all time 50+ years ago.
