Hey!

Out of curiosity, I'm trying to figure out when wthc chips were produced, to find out how much lead they might contain. (according to data posted here https://www.pokerchipforum.com/thre...n-chips-still-had-lead-in-them-after-98.8291/)

I managed to find a website entry from 2007 describing them, but I'm sure they existed earlier.
Anyone know something more specific about their production date (or measured lead content at some point?)

Thanks in advance for any input!
Piotr

Orginally the wthc chips were referred to as the new paulson shaped inlay's. May want to try to search CT using that instead of wthc. I want to say the original pre-order for these was happening around the latter half of 2006. Some of the more notable members or Josh from Apache would know for sure.

Trademark Poker and/or Josh @Apache would know the specific dates of original manufacture. If 2006 or later, chances are none of the chips contain any significant amounts of lead (except maybe fuchsia and metallic silver).

Earlier Paulson chips contained about 47% lead by weight. Not sure why it's a concern, however.... unless you are grinding them up and eating or snorting the dust.
