I use a plug-in extension chord for both my tables - for my main table it powers a set of USBs, the secondary table it powers an LED raised rail. Given the power needs for the USB, that's really your only option (unless you go crazy with something like a car battery). IIRC there is a thread or two around about someone using a battery to power LEDs, those have a very minor power draw, so that's a possibility if you don't like the chord. Search is your friend :)

Some details on how I set my USB ports is here: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/irishs-main-table-build.58753/post-1141507

I use this Battery to power table led's. It is portable so it can be used for other things outside the table, + it has 1 USB Out for a single charger

Not sure.
I tested it just letting it sit for hours and it barely used any of the battery. I have only used them in tables that weren't for me.
I have a lighted table in the works for me, so in the future I'll know all there is to know.

Thanks!
I think battery is out, and I get I’ll need some kind of cord running...
But I’m wondering what to use to distribute power to the individual USB ports as well as powering the LED’s...

I’ve searched here for that type of thing and don’t see anything.

Wondering what needs are for USB... wattage, amperage, etc...

I have installed 120v outlets in my house that have built in USB connectors that charge devices. Picked them up at Lowe's. They might sell USB only outlets that also wire directly to 120v.

What do your LED lights run on? USB can charge on 5VDC, so if your LED lights call for 5 or 12 VDC, you can jump an old PC power supply to run it all. People used to do this all the time to run car stereos in their houses so online instructions for it is easy to find.
