Another update. Just got this message on my Facebook! ! ! So stoked!!!

Hi Michael, i am one of the editors for the CCA (CC&GTCC) and i read your story about the lost chips. This would make a great story for the magazine. So can we use this in the winter issue?? If so would be great to get more details and such. Please contact me at your convenience.

Wow, this is a toughie. These chips belong together in sets, but with effectively no ones and no twenty-fives it's hard to make sets out of them. If ABC can still print on Chipco blanks (it's reported they're almost completely out of stock, and I guess no way to manufacture any more?) then @ParrotheadMZ is dead on - have someone create a tribute design (identical to the originals but with some small modification so that the originals and the reproductions can be told apart) and print up enough to fill out a set.

Barring that, with no good way to make sets, selling by the rack is sadly probably the best bet. I'd buy a rack of reds and blacks even with no idea of what to do with them. The design is very attractive, moreso than most Chipco designs I've seen, and the story behind them is hard to beat.

Besides racks, I'll take a sample set and won't think twice about the cost. 70 ones will be useless in a playable set, but it means you've got 70 full sample sets you can sell to make a killing.

PS Sorry clay fanantics. I know it’s a bummer for you but less then 2 racks of Paulson total were on board….

Giant-inlay RHC? Let them rest below. ;)
