Managed to get pretty lucky by the sounds of it and snag a playable set of the Sheraton roulette's this weekend. I was pulled over on the side of the highway on the way home this weekend and bought from my phone. Only had one issue at checkout which I managed to get corrected quickly and away I went.

Always had a soft spot for tourney solids, so here's the plan. They will be colour matched faux shaped inlays to add some spice to the solids. Not sure if I'll go matte or glossy inlays. we'll see! Might update the T5000 or T25000 to a hexagon perhaps.

Breakdown is:
Green x 160
Maroon x 160
Pink x 80
Yellow x 140
Grey x 40
Blue x 20

I did also grab an extra 10 of maroon, green, pink and yellow, plus 5 extra of grey and blue to account for any major dings or flea bites that I don't like.

I'm curious to see the quality of the Roulette's. Upload some pics when you get them! As a fellow Canadian who gets crushed by FX, shipping, and duties, those looked like a really nice play to get started on real clays.

Definitely will - sounds like they are in the mail already.:wow:

If you are close to the border, there are sometimes towns or cities just on the other side that offer package receiving services. In my case that's Plentywood, MT. I didn't do that this time, just bit the bullet. But it can save you a lot in shipping (especially heavy chips).

They arrived!

Hello darkness my old friend... Foolishly put 300 in to soak, then left for hockey. Came back and wasn't exactly filled with a zest for cleaning 300 chips but away I went.

They cleaned up great, but the pink, yellow and maroon are in need of some oil I think. The colours are really vibrant once cleaned. Surprisingly so! Looking forward to getting them labeled and in play.

Dude those cleaned up great. Did you clean those by hand? No ultrasonic?

I like your color choice a lot.
Solid tourney chips are talking to me too ! As well as shaped inlays.
My only remark would be that the « SNP » logo will probably not render good on printing. Especially the small text at the bottom.
Font for the location might be increased a little bit too, an you might try to add a little bit of spacing between the location letters.

Had a test print done to fine tune the colours and sizing. Almost there. Should be ready to order this coming week.
