Edit: nevermind I looked it up on BRPRO. The dimensions of their custom plaques are just the littlest of bit smaller than poker size cards. Have you considered using a blackjack shoe?

I’m currently using an Intec case that was made for the Nintendo GameBoy.

They fit in either the two center sections quite snugly, and the outer sections are good for buttons, lammers, etc.
Might find the case on eBay.

I got a pair of these recently:

Price isn't too bad, fit is pretty good. The plastic itself is semi-flexible and feels pretty sturdy. These, unlike some other plastic chip racks from Aliexpress, made it to me without any damage (quite a few Aliexpress vendors ship stuff without any padding/protection).
