I might be able to get this 218 antique "Stop monkeying" antique chips in green, red and yellow.
Do anyone have an idea of their value? When I look around on eBay they are listed very differently probably due to quality.

I would probably look to sell off some and keep some of them for myself.

These are an example that older does not mean more valuable. I think they are ~100 years old. I'd guess their value at $0.10 to $0.25 each. I don't collect this type of chip, so maybe there is a secret market for them I do not know.

They are made of laminated paper. They should not be soaked in fluids. Even a light cleaning could turn out very poorly. Can not be milled either. All-in-all they are tough, but in the end just a paper product.
