Sticker design - Huge set (1 Viewer)

So I'm in the works of designing a huge set. This is a big tournament set and one special thing is that the higher value will exist in three different versions depending on the buy in of the tournament for added security.

Keep in mind we are working with fixed bases and can not design those. We only control the stickers and value of colors.

I would customize the spacing of 1 in the denominations, the font used leaves a gap that I’m not a fan of between 1 and whatever comes next.

So this set has to be able to hand multi day tournaments for 200-400 players with High Roller side events.

Anybody want to take a guess at the chip count ?
