Hello everybody!
I haven't been here for a long time!
There were various shocks, both personal and in the country, but not about that ...))))
Like many on this site, I have a few chips that I often carry around and play with.
They were sourced from "AMERICAN Standart Molding", the previous owner, the current Classic Poker Chips, but they were previously "Atlantic Standard Molding".
"Old people" know this story...)))
These were samples that apparently went to "American Standart Molding", from "Atlantic Standard Molding" and were stored in warehouses.
I played with them a lot. Of course, they experienced both mineral oil and cleaning with soap ...
And it looks like time takes its toll.
The labels began to turn yellow. And apparently water gets under them.
I washed them before photographing them. And smudges were visible.
But, not on all chips. "B-mold" remains cleaner ...
The chips are very hard!
For so many years, Paulson's chips would have turned into "wheels"!

ASM/CPC tend to keep their shape longer than softer clay chips like TRK and Paulson. They are a great option for custom chips that get a lot of play. Thank you for the write up

totally agree with you!
If you take a sober look at the "CPC" chips, they give an excellent price / quality ratio. they last longer, can get a unique design. And actually comparable (or less) to Paulson's prices.
I have color swatches (though the old version, before the update), but I realized that "CPC" is very much underrated. They can do absolutely amazing things!
And their hot stamping option is a miracle!

Love how the B Mold ages, can’t wait to get my customs back in play and start breaking them in over the next decades.
